AUX Modifications usually take 2-3 days to complete, and repairs may take 4-6 days (depending on parts needed). Your unit will be shipped promptly and you will receive tracking information via email.

Packing your radio

Please print and complete the Repair Request Form and send it with your unit to the address at the top of the form.

When sending equipment, please package well! Use at least 3 inches of padding on all sides. Please also insure your unit at your estimated value. 

Payment

When service is complete, you will be called or sent a PayPal invoice with a total, including return shipping charges.  We can also arrange payment thru PayPal.

Shipping & Returns

Depending on your location, shipping by FedEx Ground is usually $20-25. Our shipping and handling includes $500 insurance and delivery signature service to ensure protection of your radio. If you have a shipping account, you can send your radio with a return label and we will not charge you shipping.
